Quilombo Paiol de Telha (PR) vence no TRF4 e reintegração de posse é suspensa

Ontem (17/09) a Comunidade Quilombola Invernada Paiol de Telha (PR) teve seu processo de reintegração de posse barrado pelo Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região (TRF4) em Porto Alegre. Outro recurso votado trata da decisão que obriga o Estado brasileiro a destinar recursos ao Instituto Nacional de Colonização e Reforma Agrária (Incra) para a titulação da integralidade do território, que foi parcialmente titulado em maio desse ano – apenas 225 dos 2,9 mil hectares foram reconhecidos pelo Incra como de direito da comunidade. A vitória de ontem é parcial, pois cabem ainda recursos, e o Quilombo segue resistindo. Estiveram presentes, somando forças, os 7 Quilombos Urbanos de Porto Alegre e a Frente Quilombola RS, além de organizações como Terra de Direitos, CIMI e Conaq.
