Nesta quarta-feira, 30 de julho, aconteceu mais uma edição do Quartas Temáticas, reunindo vozes e saberes para debater dois temas centrais para o presente e o futuro de Porto Alegre: a insegurança jurídica no Plano Diretor da cidade e a participação social frente à emergência climática.

No encontro, Fernando Campos, da Amigas da Terra Brasil, Felisberto Seabra, conselheiro municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Ambiental da Região de Planejamento 1, e Claudete Simas, coordenadora-geral da Acesso – Cidadania e Direitos Humanos, compartilharam suas experiências e reflexões, fortalecendo a luta coletiva pelo direito à cidade acima dos interesses do lucro (veja mais no vídeo abaixo).
